Top Biller

The term Top Biller means someone who is exceptionally good at rolling spliffs and joints hence they’re at the top of their game. It is a title they carry proudly hence they can be slightly over confident, but this goes undisputed because fair play to them, they have nimble fingers and their spliffs look immaculate.
They also subjugate all their peers who can roll as they have more talent and more often than not get asked to roll spliffs for those who are incapable, meaning they experience the benefits such as rollers rights.
