'Salt test' is the act of testing if someone is a lizard alien by throwing salt in their eyes. If this causes them to twitch (giving them the 'salt twitch'), they are likely extraterrestrial reptilians.

When you rotate your crosshair / aim in a quick circular motion in a shooter game; often done to check for lag, sensitivity or controller calibrations. Popularized in early MLG Halo Combat Evolved tournaments, most likely from one of the famous Ogre twins.
