quantum bike phenomenon

When someone is on a bicycle he doesn't have to follow the laws of traffic, until he gets into an accident. From the second before the collision until the second after he becomes a vehicle and suddenly all laws of traffic apply to him. This phenomenon is up until the time of writing only been observed when the cyclist isn't breaking any laws as a vehicle.

person in car: "Hey dude why did you drive so recklessly?"
person on bike: "It's okay because I wasn't a vehicle until you hit me, so you are the bad driver."
person in car: "Ah I see, the quantum bike phenomenon. I was clearly wrong here, sorry for the inconvenience."

Quantumus

Quantumus is the base form of Z* Physics and is the most confusing yet very easy to remember. Quantumus's main property is an inverted movement ratio, the ratio of Quantumus is -9:-11. Quantumus's inverted ratio allows any objects with Quantumus properties (e.g. an Epi Pen) will give off this movement ratio, meaning that the object can break backwards velocity and travel at the speed of darkness (which is 299 792 458 ms, same as the speed of light). Quantumus's inverted movement also allows a negative movement, a form of movement which allows an object or person to move backwards and also move forward (same for left and right movement and diagonal movement).
