An alternative substitution for the term "nigga"

A nicer way for non black kids to use the term nigga without actually using it. Even though nigga is not a racist term, it can be misconstrued and possibly be offensive to some people. Ninja is a fly way to convey old to the new and may just save someone from an ass whippin'
