Linchpin

1. The person in a group of friends who keeps them together, is forgotten about, but once leaves, things fall apart.
2. The person in a group who is irreplaceable and once is lost, things go to shit.
3. The thing that can link multiple groups together, but once is removed; things fall apart like a house of cards.
4. That one person in the group who was quiet, was picked on by all but put up with it. The underappreciated friend and person who was always there. But once was removed... the great Friends-War starts.

We got to be nicer to Bob. He's done a lot for us. After all, he's our linchpin. As annoying as he may be sometimes.
Thanks to Josh, we know Kyle's group of friends. But, the only reason why we hang out with them is because of Josh. Linchpin holds the wheel together.

Can also be categorized by constant tinkering, or insistence that it was the sufferer who broke the system.

Arch Linux user's terminal history: "yay -Syu\n neofetch\n neofetch\n sl | lolcat\n yay -Syu\n..."
Arch Linux user: "I had a productive day today."
Reasonable person: "Mate, you have Linux OCD, you spend 7 hours checking for package updates and running neofetch and sl..."

Yummy Lincony

A Lincony is essentially an Abe Lincoln Pony. It is similiar to a centaur other than the fact that a Lincony has the body of a Pony and the head of our very own 16th President: Top Hat, Honest Abe, and All. The adjective "yummy" is added because the Lincony has the allure of a delicious meal.

I must have been hallucinating on mind-altering drugs because I could have sworn I just saw a Yummy Lincony!
