Dude: Easy, skinny Gymrat! I did a Grease the Groove by doing one set of about 5 reps near my max weight, every day before breakfast.

An abraisive grease like substance that magically forms in your ass crack on a hot day. Causes chafing, and general malaise and bad attitude. If not taken care of early, rusults in a Picasso (see Picasso)
