Floral Park is one of the gratest towns to lve in. If you love to drink and get fucking high, Floral park is the place to be. All of the kids in Floral Park start driking at approximatly the age of 12, and drugs arent that far behind. Wether you drink in a buddy's yard, the streets, a party, the school bleachers, the sump, or the cove, you WILL find a place to get absolutly tanked. No doubt in my mind Floral Park kids would absolutly rape kids from any other town in drinking. Now being in college i finally realized what Floral Park has done for me, it taught me how to drink, nobody can or ver will outdrink me here in collge, all thanks to Floral Park. Greatest place on earth.

Get the floral park mug.The gateway to Long Island, that's right Long Island(anyone who says it's Queens can pay our property taxes and eat shit.) Floral Park is where it all starts, however, being on the border of Queens, gives us a bad rap. Understandable, but the people from the Nassau side are much classier, and we dress way better. Yes, we enjoy drinking, and yes we enjoy sparking a dooby now and then. We go to schools that are just as good as the kids from the other town that references plants in it's name. Both of my parents went to college, we drive Volvos, and, live in half million to million dollar homes. Floral Park Memorial High school sends people to Brown, Yale, Harvard, Princeton, NYU, Villanova, the list goes on... We have the highest paid police in the county. People who live in Floral Park have a very nice quality of life.s It is not cheap to live there, we choose to live there, our property taxes are through the roof, and we pay very high taxes. So next time somone says you live in Queens tell them to fuck off!!!

West Florence High School gets its name from an old wooden warship used by the Confederacy during the Civil War. In the school's early days there were no walls. Classrooms within each pod cantained marijuana plants, allowing students to sleep in hammocks crafted from Richard Simmons back hair. This failed and walls were added later. The traffic getting to West Florence is anal clenching. During the early 1970's the school was ranked #1 in the nation for drug use. Principal "The Drunk" is plastered everyday before noon and can often be found grillin' patties on her George Foreman Grill in the mall area. If one is thinking about going to West, One should rethink it. Its overcrowdednessess has many students contemplating becoming crack whores. As freshman students attend classes dressed as different types of Pokémon. It is also advised that students wear blue shirts on Wednesday and yellow shirts on Friday; it is tradition after all. The school is located across the street from a Walmart. Good deals there if you have coupns.
West even has Advanced Placement classes such as: Fecal Anthropology, Dave Chappelle-onomics, and Intro. to Ditch Digging. West does very well in sports (sometimes); the track and X-country teams run like oiled gazelles and the Golf team screams so loud the birds rattle out of their trees. The Varsity football team is known to be "angrier than ten screaming midgets" after their upsetting 1-10 season. The school mascot is Sloth off the Goonies.

Florence Welch is the namesake of the band and is often described as having a sensational voice which is very true. The machine is her backing band, with Tom Monger as her harper and Isabella Summers as the keybordist, along with four other positions in the machine that are filled in permantly. Their first single was Kiss with a fist, the second was Dog days are over, the third was Rabbit heart(raise it up) the fourth was Drumming song, the fifth was You've got the love, the sixth was Hurricane drunk. Dog days was was re-released as the next single. It is believed that cosmic love is her next single.
The bands first ep was Lots of love, lots blood, with Kiss with a fist and Are you hurting the one you love.
The bands first album was "lungs". The regular edition has 13 tracks, and there is an U.S. edition version with a dvd with six videos. there is also mutliple versions of the deluxe version.
