Although it is a joke in Turkish, it means that the man in front of you suddenly shows you his sexual organ and makes you stunned. Suddenly you are dumbfounded and ask what he is doing, in Turkey he will tell you that "Doysoslandın", but if you are in foreign developed countries such as America, he will say that you're Thugged. it's just a Turkish version of the Thugging. As a matter of fact, doysos is a hatay dürüm and its dürüm is legendarily delicious. hence, people (especially young people) there came up with the term doysoslanmak based on thugs.
