Delayed zombie

Someone that is neurologically tortured and purposefully delayed so they don't develop or get to experience life fully and are almost always tortured and have no control over their own body because of masochistic sadism. They don't even get to experience euphoria and are manipulated and kill themselves usually by age 30.

She's a delayed zombie you can dip your stick anytime they don't actually count at people.

Delay Hell

A term used to typically describe a game (or any other work) being delayed multiple times in succession with no hope of actually being released.

Guy 1: Hey, are you excited for Straighty: The Light Resurrection?

Guy 2: are you still hyped about that? It’s gone through Delay Hell, it’s not coming anytime soon.

Delayed Entry Program

A person in their 30's (or older) who still lives with their parents and therefore delayed full adulthood. Synonymous with Peter Pan Syndrome. They have instead opted to delay living financially independent from their parents, starting their own family and/or parting with their vast collection of video games and other childhood toys. They have entered the Delayed Entry Program (for adults). Not to be confused with the program of the same name for entering the military.

Bernard hasn't left home since high school still works at the same supermarket he did in high school and is in his 30's. He has decided to sign-up for the Delayed Entry program (for grownups).

Delayed Entry Program

A male in their 30's (or older) who lives with their parents and has never lived independently. They are content with having a job that has little to no responsibility and doesn't require a background check or drug tests. They are not sure how to attract a female, save money for the future to buy or rent their own place, nor save for their retirement. Often referred to as Peter Pan Syndrome. Ambitions tend to focus on becoming a social media influencer without any plan for how to do that. They have entered the Delayed Entry Program for adults.

Ted is in his 30's, lives at home and works part-time at a local store. He is not sure how to set goals such as move out on his own or advance in his career. He has entered the delayed entry program (for adults)

I don't see how this isn't intended to do explicitly that.

Hym "I mean, if the lawyers need to sign as a guarantee that the filing isn't being used to Harass, Cause Unnecessary Delay, or Increase The Cost of Litigation then why am I being harassed? Why is me getting paid being unnecessarily delayed? And I don't really care about the cost of litigation but I did have to sit here with fluid in my brain for months. It's still there! Less now. I don't feel like my cognition is impaired as much. But I can still hear it slamming against the back of my ear drum... So, you're saying they can't do it but they're doing it. Exactly what this is intended to do. Harass, Cause Unnecessary Delay, or Increase The Cost of Litigation. And avoid having to bring me my money."
