Chavey

The word chavey is used commonly in the Midlands region of England. Most people use it as an insult however it is a rather versatile word and can be used as an alternative to the word boyfriend. It can also be utilized when calling a person a good friend. The situation is what determines the meaning.
Chavs are always male.

Girlfriend looking for boyfriend "Has anyone seen my chavey?"
"Seen your what?"
"Boyfriend duh...."

One friend when talking about another: "Hes a good chavey!"
"Whats a chavey?"
"A boy"

As an insult: "God, your so chavey"
"What does that mean?"
"Your a tramp"

A Chavella is a girl that is really insane when it comes to friends, except for fake friends, then she'll give you a cold shoulder.
