usually extremely inaccurate entries in urban dictionary about irl names, for example "john". these entries say a lot of compliments, usually related to how people with that name are "usually shy at first but then become amazing" or "have huge dicks/boobs". all and all, they're created by people who want to feel better about themselves for people who share their name. i have only found a few actually good entries about names which don't include these stuff

This is something that people say when they discover that someone has insulted them when they were not present. This is usually said prior to the insulted instructing the offending party to "keep my name outta your mouth!"

Sammy: "Hey! Did you hear what Paulie said about you last weekend at the Grind?"
Kelly: "What? Who named me? Paulie? He's gonna regret open separating his smile!"
