Get the Training and inference mug.7 Av local train that has 38 stops from South Ferry to Van Cortlandt Park in NYC. Sometimes its slow as hell and sometimes you might want to catch the 2 or 3 train if you miss the 1 train because it takes eternity to come sometimes.
