Of walkers or hikers that are constantly on the go, Mountain dick is a disorder that strikes roughly 2-3 hours into a hike.
Balls outsize the male appendage and even a man blessed with length and girth is suddenly struck with a micro penis.
Often caused by intense sweaty balls and gooch sweat.
Often discovered when having an impromptu piss on the rocks.
