A man who ressembles a weavle rat with a clapped hairline. He has horribly tormented ankles probably from running away from women. He sometimes is funny but it is mainly just watching him run that is funny. He makes fun of people to make up for his own insecurities about his troubles with women. Just steer clear of Kipp.
