To have the munchies after smoking marijuana but not actually have anything to munch and no way, bar a long long walk to the nearest all night petrol station, of getting any munch.

To Sponch is to turn up to a house unannounced and clapped out, order enormous quantities of various foods on a food delivery service, consume throughout the day and then vanish. Leaving behind a trail of destruction including, but not limited to, dirty dishes, garbage and horror.
