A cursed rewards program made by the food delivery service GrubHub. The rewards program, or at least an ad for it, was populated by a meme, where people make fun of the ad, adding different music and adding effects to it.

Grubby-Lizzie

A person (typically female) who places themselves above the law, and who believes they are privledged; exempt from deplorable behavior, and who has little regard for persons believed to be of a lower social class. Belligerent, repulsive public behavior, narcissistic in nature. An overbearing narcissistic bitch.

Actions taken by a person which degrade, humiliate, or inflict undue physical or emotional harm towards strangers.

(Origin) Public relations person, Lizzie Grubman, was photographed in October 2002 at the Suffolk County, NY Jail, where she surrendered to serve a 60-day sentence. The 31-year-old public relations princess pleaded guilty to felony and misdemeanor charges arising from a July 2001 incident in which she plowed her SUV into a crowd, injuring 16 people waiting outside a Hamptons nightclub.
