He must not want to lose his audience, so he targets just one group to pick on (which shows little imagination no matter if the group looks like you or different than you).
Dexter Holland is a guy that compensates for a lack of imagination and an Orange county detached, decentralized state of mind by picking on people he thinks is weaker than him (like white teenagers that wear Fubu from Orange county).
