The official holy book of Joulism
It contains all 14 steps on how to reach Oopsilon.
It technically is the 2nd version of the Bibble, as the 1st one was created before Joulism was coined.
All steps in the book must be followed in order to reach Oopsilon, or one could risk going to Zett!

A small acre of land in the eastern parts of the world, originally part of Russia, it became it's own country after winning "The Bibbish War", Bibbishka's first president was John FirstName, elected after Bibbishka had won the war against Russia, he served as president for 8 years before passing away due to complications breathing after suffering a horrible stroke, following the election of Davis LastName, who's still president to this day
