Someone you might flip the bird to. Drivers driving too fast; driving too slow; talking on a cell; stereo with too much bass; driving a vehicle blowing smoke.

Maybe not even driving. Parked vehicle with a wailing siren. Late at night, that would be a FUCKING ASSHOLE, the worst kind.
