The action of throwing something vigorously and yelling YEET in a non-inside voice. Best used when your teacher says something against you, and you consequently throw them out of the window.

Teacher: "Umm 2+2= 4, JEREMY"
Jeremy: YEET
Teacher: "oh shit, here we go again"

Urban Dictionary says yeet is "especially used in basketball when someone has shot a three-pointer that they are sure will go in the hoop". This is probably a derivation from the dance, during which the dancer calls out "yeet" when making a throwing action with their arms.

Yeet is when you just need the perfect word to sum up how you feel. You could be happy, sad, mad, excited etc. Just screaming yeet can be extremely helpful in situations also.
Examples could be

I want to yeet him off a bridge
The team just scored a goal! YEET
(Simply just saying) YEET
