Kevin is Kevin. There's is nobody quite like him; a genius but dumb, questionable looking but handsome, always improving but lazy, and close but so distant. In some ways he is a mystery, but in other ways he's an open book. He's loyal and honest and that's what makes him Kevin. Value him, at some point he may leave but that doesn't mean he'll forget about you. It'll be as if you all never stopped talking when he's back. However, his fear of rejection will cause him to bottle up so many feelings. It's also difficult to gain his trust, but once you do he'll be grateful to and for you. Get the Keviningmug. Mostly drives the long route to every destination so he can avoid more work. Favorite phrases are "not today", "programming", "well I have to stop at the shop", "I have to suck it off the panel". Goes to service calls and orders parts weeks or months later and then gives those parts to other techs, so they can start his job over from the beginning, to find out the parts are wrong.
