sad break

Taking a break from an assignment because your simply too sad to continue at that point of time. This results in a "sad break" where you may just cry for 20 minutes, lay there in a big blanket and eat chocolate, watch cat videos on YouTube or all of the above. What you do during your sad break is up to you.
