Karen-up or Karened-up. When a person who identifies as female morphs from a normal person to a Karen. This can mean they went into full Karen mode, made facial expressions that resembled a Karen, or otherwise adopted Karen-like characteristics. It can be an adjective or a verb.
Adjective: Courtney would karen-up her face before yelling at a cashier.
Verb: Emily karened-up her lips when she got angry in traffic.
