Someone who doesn't have any perspective on their own life because of the group of people they were surrounded by. The skinniest girl in a group of fat chicks for example would consider herself thin by comparison.

Skinbike 

Quite literally a bicycle made of skin but used to describe the act of lovemaking from a competitive, sporting or aerobic perspective. The word can be used to describe the object of a sexual pair, including but not limited to women mounting men and riding them like a bike made of skin. An alternate usage can include a sexual pair who agree to collectively "ride the skinbike."
