The word can be used to describe the object of a sexual pair, including but not limited to women mounting men and riding them like a bike made of skin. An alternate usage can include a sexual pair who agree to collectively "ride the skinbike."

Friend: "He's a real Lance Armstrong eh? Making you sweat?"
