Nippire

A vampirelike creature that cannot resist to sucking on a human's nipples.

Noun:
Alucard: Hello my friend. For so long you have craved the milk from the Mother's spring and the dripping blood from the Father's pec.... I have a gift for you.
Pinky: Your beautiful prescence strikes me more than what I crave, Alucard. I have forgotten how exquisite your nipples were.
Alucard: Flattered,... I am...... But they are officially retired from that slimy black orifice you call a mouth. (Shows Pinky his pecs)
Pinky: Oh how unfortunate.
Alucard: But I couldn't leave an old friend empty-handed. BRING HIM IN!!!
(Two servants bring in a black latex suit man strapped to a wooden cross and pulls the latex suit man's long hair back behind the cross, ties the end of his hair to a large loop ring, and cuts two holes in the torso of the latex suit to reveal the man's nipples)
Pinky: Hahahaha... Well..... I must admit, Alucard. You really know how to please a Nippire after waking from a 500 year long rest. Oh I tend to enjoy this. (Pinky walks toward the latex man and grabs his throat with his left hand and repeated squeezed his left pec with his right hand. Pinky looks up at the latex man's head and whispers)
Pinky: ...scream for me...
(Pinky rushes to suck the latex man's nipples with great force and Alucard rubs his nonexistent nipples while watching Pinky reminding himself he should feel lucky he is not the latex man on the wooden structure.)
