Someone who deliberately gives someone else the opposite of what they want. What do people want? Something pleasant like a compliment for their looks.
So a troll gives you an insult.

"DJ Trump is a troll, just listen to him when he addresses the media, CNN is LNN (Lying News Network), ABC, etc. he gives the reporters answers that are not filtered, not polished, not polite nor pleasant, which is what they want, they want you to filter and polish your words to make them palatable.
