A frequently heard suggestion, made by one incarcerated person to another when contraband is passed and needs to be quickly hidden from the light of day from those in authority.
Here’s the radio you requested from Big Bubba, but you better tuck it up your tail pretty quick because here comes Sgt. Pimpleface!

it basically means clean up your life, or it is just a witty insult after told to fix your own dress code.

Tuck and Run. 

Term used for a coward running from a situation they are scared of. Liken to when a dog is scared and fleeing with it's tail tucked between it's legs.
