The only school in Mamaroneck. Where most of the hispanic population around attends. Every child from here is viewed as ghetto or poor (even though they're not). It is considered to be in "the hood" according to the Jewish community (also untrue). It has great education but horrible budget. It used to have an awesome playground but in 2005 it was demolished and was remade into a field of grass with a lame ugly green playground on the side. That year is also known for the 2005 Tree Battles, where all the 5th graders fought over the tree in the corner of the yard, leaving them bloody and bruised. The tree was skinned for reasons unknown and then chopped down and turned into stools for kingergateners to sit on. The cafeteria food is absolute garbage. There is nothing worse than the foul stenchy lumps of "food" that they produce. Especially their square pizzas and soggy hamburgers that soak in pools of grease and fat. The cafeteria staff is also known for handing out a side order of sass. The school is currently under the rule of the tyrants Mrs. Amon and Ms. Borsella. The school's values have changed from happiness and sunshine to despair under their rule. Go tigers (their mascot)!
Larchmont kid 1: Did you go to Mamaroneck Avenue School?
Larchmont kid 2: No, what do you think I am, poor?
Larchmont kid 1: I don't know, you look like you're from the hood.

1.Just north of the center of the universe. 2. Beach located on the crappiest coast of Chicago on Lake Michigan. 3. Site of the worst looking, worst trained, least bad-ass lifeguards on the lakefront...or anywhere else, for that matter. 4. A far inferior place to Oak Street Beach

A reminder on how slow and incompetent tha City of New York and tha MTA is when it comes to building long-term public works projects. Fiorello LaGuardia and Robert Moses were responsible for tearing down tha 3rd and 2nd Aves. elevated lines and fucking over tha Lexington Ave. subway commuters in tha progress with third world style crowding, while promising them a Second Avenue Subway. Construction began in tha early 70's, but tha City got fucked with a fiscal crisis and only unbuilt portions is what remains of tha Second Avenue Subway today.

2720 Tivoly Avenue in Baltimore, MD, holds significant historical and cultural significance as the childhood home of Javein Scarwin, "The first Street Pirate" and founder of the Street Pirate Army (S.P.A) in the mid-1990s. Javein Scarwin, formerly known as "Ms. Mae Son," a tribute to his mother, developed a unique sound and subculture, blending elements of Zone 18 hood life with pirate-inspired themes.
Javein Scarwin's influence on the Street Pirate Army attracted like-minded individuals who embraced the pirate ship metaphor. However, the group faced challenges due to drugs, ego, envy, and senseless street violence, leading to Javein Scarwin being shot in the right eye on the 2700 block of Hugo Avenue in Zone 18 in 2006 by a group of Kool Aid Minded individuals.
Since then, Javein Scarwin has been an advocate for youth whose lives are affected by Kool Aid Minded Behavior through his Scarcode Development Program, aiming to save one life at a time.
Over the years, 2720 Tivoly Avenue, like the surrounding area, struggled with drugs, violence, and crime, with a high Violent Crime Index and Property Crime Index.
In an effort to combat blight and revitalize the area, the city initiated the Vacants to Value program, aiming to demolish vacant properties, including those on Tivoly Avenue. However, progress was slow, and it took several years to tear down the last of the 98 vacant properties.

Despite challenges, the demolition of vacant properties on 2720 Tivoly Avenue represented a step towards addressing blight and revitalizing the Zone 18 community. Councilwoman Mary Pat Clarke and local leaders were hopeful for further improvements in the neighborhood.

The wealthiest street in Piedmont, California. It's located in the rich part OF the rich part OF the rich part of the East Bay. The houses are the largest and priciest in the East Bay and the residents have hella benjamins. There is also a pretty fire view of the golden gate bridge and the downtown san francisco.
After a very long day of skipping school for the new Supreme drop, Tanner drove his red 2019 Porsche 911 back to his family's mansion on Sea View Avenue, where he spent the rest of the day in his room hitting his Juul.
