Buggy Moley

a buggy moley is a female of questionable virtues, who works for the man who owns the buggy.
The boss man gets the 'buggy moley' to harness his horse and hitch it to the buggy when he goes off to visit the local establishment for a quenching ale and a raunchy hooker.

The buggy moley is called a moley because she drives him to the said establishment and 'warms him up' on the way by performing lewd acts, as the boss man isn't as young as he used to be and his oven must be stoked slowly to start the fire.

When the horse and buggy are snowed in or if the boss just cant be fagged going to the pub for a drinky and root, he calls upon his buggy moley to satisfy his dirty desires, if she is a very well trained buggy moley, she will even let him do her up the bum!

bully state

A variation of the police state where a police force acts more as bullies than police. A typical bully will pick on people that he/she knows to have no problem picking on without fear of retaliation but shying away from "someone your own size." In a bully state, police officers have absolutely no trouble cracking down on truly trivial matters, especially "victimless crimes" such as: 90% of misdemeanors (MIPs, pissing in public, use of mild drugs, "open containers"), more than half of all traffic violations (speeding within the 5-10mph "cushion", running a yellow light, etc), however when it comes to matters truly relevant or life endangering, they hesitate to crack down or have a "protocol" involving a heavy bureaucracy that makes it not worth it

my house gets taken over by Crips but the police don't do jack shit! I drive with an empty beer bottle in my trunk left there by my MOM because it fell out of the bag of bottle deposit bottles? I get a fucking misdemeanor! This is no police state, it's a fucking BULLY state!

A large, oversized vehicle -- often an SUV or pick-up truck -- that overly aggressively approaches the rear of your vehicle in an attempt to get you to move out of its way or to pass you. Maneuver may or may not also include flashing of headlights, honking, flashing of "the finger", and/or pointing and yelling.
