swoonie

One who has been swooned. Typically used in conjuncture with swooner i.e. one who has swooned another. Swoonie people are generally sprung, use gooey mannerisms, and exhibit puppy dog eyes. The swoonie is often found looking longing and deeply into the swooner's eyes.

Charles was most certainly the swoonie, and not the swooner, in the relationship.
