The act of spooning someone while asleep. Usually the person has no idea of the act that they are committing and if not stopped may take it to another level.

Person 1: Did you hear what John did last night.
Person 2: yea i heard he was sleep spooning Jordan
Person 1: yea they had to be separated otherwise it would have turned into a one sides but fucking bonanza
