A person unhealthily addicted to something, in most cases, chocolate
A 'weirdo' or kwerid
A pyromaniac or hydromaniac
Describing an extreme phobia, usually of canines and/or felines

"Thats so Shaafi"--meaning thats so awesome and/or insane, crazy, etc.

"Dude, stop being so Shaafi" --in this case, the term means stop being so weird

"That concert was sooooooo Shaafi" --meaning awesome
