A holiday-spammer is a person who sends a mass holiday greeting text/email/or post to all of his or her friends on holiday's such as Christmas and New Years.

Most holiday-spammers are those friends you never hear from except on these occasions.

Every Christmas I received my phone is spammed with holiday greetings from my friends I hardly talk too, they are such holiday-spammers.
