Possibly an East-Coast term. Messing someone's shit up, quickly and effectively.

Not necessarily knocking someone out, more like beating them dizzy, bullying them, or wreaking their shirt and face up. Like when someone is being jumped and they are left them bruised and pwned in just a quick second or single action.

Razza is energy, excitement and even amazement. It is used to describe one who is the above but with his own hint of craziness. A unique person of the group.
Razza is a fairly exclusive kind of humour it's a bit sporadic, anything goes, things only make sense to the crazy ones of the group which can create inside jokes amongst them.
