Someone (usually a guy) who is a dork who tries to be cool and fails miserably. Usually older, (18-40) and also a wuss or acts wussy; lacks a backbone.

Cary Elwes character from Liar Liar is a perfect example.

Did you see Lisa's new boyfriend? Don't know what she sees in him, the guy's milked toast.

Melted jellbean is a term used to describe the head & face of a particularly unnatractive female. This label applies in particular to those with deformed features.
