Potomac Mills is an outlet mall, meaning everything is over stocked, over stocked, possibly fucked up, and messy. The mall is never empty. Gar-field students are usually at Potomac Mills,given that the school is located across the street.

Osceola Mills

A tiny town in Central PA that literally looks like all of the hope for sucked out of it years ago. If you walk downtown on a rainy day, it looks almost exactly like a scene from the Twilight movies, just with a lot more graffiti and drunk people!

But Osceola Mills is still better than Philipsburg :)
