Idiotic phrase that's recently gained mainstream appeal meant to express displeasure about the direction of a conversation. Originally used by poor urban black women and ghetto queens.

UK. Menacing way of telling someone not to be rude. Suggests that if the person you're telling says one more rude thing you'll hit them.

4 is officially below the cutoff line of "would you, or would you not hit that" which means it's worthless, useless and a complete waste of time on every level. It’s applicable to almost any situation where somebody is being a total douchecanoe. If you're being a 4 you're doing something completely lame and loseresque.
"Steven you want to go hit the bars in search of some strange?"
"Nah, I'm about to throw on the fruit boots and meet up with some of the boys"
"Are you guys going to the White Swallow Spa after?"
"Probably just chill down}"
"Don't be a 4"

When someone is all in their feelings about something very trivial like Russ does when he feels like hes been wronged. Very overdramatic feelings. With lots of heavy sighing, shoulder slouching, whining, moping and grumbling. Usually over a girl or lack of attention not being on him.
Luca was hanging his head, looking pitiful and Micheal told him not to be such a Russell.
"i thought she was single, dawg," said John. "don't be such a Russell about it."

The opposite of a "To-Do List", and isn't literally a list, but just an expression. Normally used when a friend/collleague/person says something that you should do/get and don't agree with. First appeared on the G4 TV Show "Code Monkeys".
Friend: "Hey, you should get that thing for that."
You: "I'm going to put that on my "To-Don't List"."
You: "I'm going to put that on my "To-Don't List"."
