the awesomist show in the entire world starring holly marie combs, alyssa milano, shannen doherty, and rose mcgowen. The plot of the show is three sisters who are part of an ancient prophecy that said that generations of their families would get stronger and stronger, culminating in the arrival of three sisters, the charmed ones. Prue(Shannen Doherty), the oldest of the three sisters, died at the end of the third season when she was killed by an evil being.
She was replaced by the Charmed one's half-sister Paige(Rose McGowen). The show ran for 8 seasons after ending in May of 2006.
