A pale white kid, usually cannot get a tan. If in sun too long skin will turn red. Also referred to as a 'ghost'
Sometimes made fun of by claiming he is invisible.

chalphas

The Marine uniform worn as alpha's but makes you want to say WTF, because it is worn improperly. Improperly wearing of the uniform can be wearing an "alpha blouse" and a "charlie shirt" with a tie.

A Marine who just checked-in to Sergeants Course looked like he was wearing chalphas. An overweight Marine wearing tight "chalphas" may look like they have on a sausage casing.
