athletic trainer trot

A jog, (not walking, running or sprinting) performed with a steady cadence, by an athletic trainer responding to an injured athlete.
The athletic trainer trot (or "trainer" trot) is mostly done when the injury is non-life threatening, giving the athletic trainer an opportunity to arrive to the scene safely and still have air in lungs to asset the injury.

Jeb, (a soccer goalie) went down in pain after spraining his ankle for the 3rd time this season. Athletic Trainer Jim was on the opposite side of the field. He did the Athletic Trainer Trot 70 yards across the field to reach Jeb.

1. a person who has a mad long bio on their instagram saying how much time they devote to their sport, yet they are complete ass of an athlete. An insta athlete posts a lot of emoji's in their bio and constantly posts photos about how they are grinding, yet barely practices and absolutely sucks. This "elite athlete" may have a lot of followers, but their game is terrible and do not deserve their large amount of followers

Person 1: Dude where playing John from central tonight! He has 4000 followers and is always on his grind.

Person 2: Nah man he ass. I watched him hoop last night. Went 0-11from the field with 5 turnovers.

Person 1: Damn. He an insta athlete.
