Drowning, except you can see everyone around you.

Screaming for help, but nobody hears or cares.

A monster that will sneak up on you and swallow you whole.
Feeling numb,empty,and alone on the inside,but smiling on the outside.
Hopelessness feeling that life is not worth living or worth the effort to even maintain their appearance or hygiene.

They may believe that a negative situation will never change and be pessimistic about their future.

An outfit you wear for days on end because of your inability to get up and change/bathe.
