wind line

During those times when the sea breeze doesn't come all the way to shore, the "wind line" is the shoreward edge of the sea breeze. At the "wind line" the ocean's surface changes from glassy to rough, and this boundary line can sometimes be seen from shore.

We paddled our sailboards out to the wind line.

If you run into a dude tweaking like a west campus homeless guy at a Longhorn post-game, he probably hit some longhorn lines in the bathroom 20 minutes ago.

The Hi-line is a geographic area in northern Montana immediately surrounding the BNSf rail line. Local folks are known for being hard and fiercely independent.

Colloquial name for the London Overground train line, due to the orange colour used for the line on train maps of London.
