shank and turn

(metaphorically) when you take your home made stabbing implement, stuck it into someone's flesh and turned it in a clockwise/anticlockwise direction (your choice). Like when you make a harsh call and instead of saying 'ooo snap' you'd say "oh what a shank and turn".

Can't believe 'shank and turn' was yet to be defined on this website.
