A person that's known for a meme that they made/are in, and are only known for that meme. Sometimes they either accept it and move on with their life, or try and make some profit out of it before it gets old and some even make a decent sized platform out of it, but some can sometimes be annoying as hell and drag that meme for years.
Friend: Yo, remember that '6 7' kid? He's trying to make a podcast out of that.
Homie: Bro, what? That kid a one meme wonder, just let the meme die bro
Friend: You right, that mf annoying as hell

Meme immunity is when an individual has been exposed to every version of a meme and, therefore, it no longer seems as funny/interesting to them.
When meme immunity occurs for the majority of the online community, the meme is said to be 'out of date' or 'over-used'. At this point, many people start using the meme ironically.
People who have less exposure to memes often develop meme immunity later than everyone else.

Person 1: "I can't believe Bob still uses Harambe memes unironically. I thought everyone would have meme immunity by now."
Person 2: "He doesn't go online much so he isn't exposed to memes as often."

1. The savior for most depressed people. They circulate the internet, spreading joy and laughter. They make people not be die, and die themselves in their place.
My friend: Hey, man. Those memes made me not drink bleach.
Me: Yeah. I saw them at school and laughed so hard I dropped my gun.
My friend: Yeah. Too bad their dead now.
