this is most commonly used by clickbait youtubers. it is a means of scaring little children to make them want to like and subscribe.
a picture of a big spider is shown to you, and you are told to like and subscribe right now (sometimes you have to like and subscribe within the next 5 seconds, but it is usually right now) and if you dont comply, the spider shown in the picture will do one of the following:
be in your bed tonight
crawl on your face when youre sleeping
crawl in your mouth when your sleeping
etc
there wont actually be a spider in your bed, it is just a way of scaring little children. it doesnt hit as hard on older people who dont have arachnopohia

An animation meme is an animation (usually around a minute long) of a character intended to be remade by other people with other characters. Animation memes can vary from a short looped animation of a character dancing to a story-driven animation made to showcase a character's backstory. These animations are usually made for fun or to practise animations.
A common criticism of animation memes is that they aren't funny and therefore aren't memes. A meme is defined by google as an element of culture or system of behaviour passed from one individual to another by imitation or non-genetic means. Animation memes fit with this definition and are therefore memes.
Another criticism is that animation memes are often made by inexperienced 9 year olds and are usually made from 2 looped frames. While memes like this do exist, this is exaggerated. A lot of animation memes are made by older more experienced animators, but even so, the people that hate and disrespect an entire community because they don't like that literal children aren't all top-tier animators are ironically much more childish than the people that simply ignore the community.

Jimmy: Did you watch that animation meme?
Timmy: I didn't understand. It's not a meme.
Jimmy: Memes don't have to be funny. Memes are features or ideas that spread from person to person.
Timmy: Oh. I still didn't like it.
Jimmy: That's okay. As long as you understand that it's still a fucking meme.

Pretty self-explanatory
to use memes in arguments or to use memes to visualize your point (making it easier to understand in the form of a meme) OR to put some irony into your argument
