Depression

When you feel helpless,lost, confused, drained, empty. You feel like you're not good enough so you turn to self harm and man it feels great. Your life feels screwed up or maybe you feel screwed up. It takes time to heal and yes it's a working process. Maybe you're alone and afraid to ask for help. "what if they think I'm seeking attention". It doesn't matter what they think as long as your getting the help you want/need. Stay strong people...

Friend: "Hey what's wrong"

Me: I feel so drained and exhausted I think I have depression"

Friend: "oh..."

Depression: the state of feeling everything at once, or nothing at all. The feeling of drowning without water. Feeling completely helpless. Being able to pretend to be happy, and not have anyone realise what your actually going through.
