It's distinctive high-pitched F1 sound sounds so amazing, it makes you feel powerful and in control. (Hence the name.)
I was playing Need For Speed: The Run, and when I heard The Cry of Victory from the BMW E92 GTS, I beat the game much faster than if it wasn't there.
