(N.)(that-guy)The guy who drives at night with those blue lights on his car AND his high beams on, but ONLY uses them when it's a perfectly clear night, and he shines them right into your bedroom just to wake you up before work. He does this multiple times a night just to make sure you don't go back to sleep.
He also drives behind people to make sure they can't see SHIT.

That's Hot

It should be noted that Paris Hilton did not actually orginate the term, That's Hot. It was used in black urban areas before it became mainstream. As different cultures interact more and more, and with the prevelence of Hip-Hop, it can be easily seen (via celebrity photos and other media) that the likes of Paris Hilton are hobnobbing with those of Damon Dash and Jay-Z - hence, the possibility and probability of such slang rubbing off on Hilton. As she is in continuous spotlight with (suspected) limited vocabulary abilities, it makes sense that she would be assumed to have originated it, as it is all she seems to utter. But she is not original.
