the third degree of roughness in the scale:

minger, mingerola, semi-conga, momma-conga

with 'minger' being a 1 on the scale of roughness, and momma-conga being a 4. Thus, semi-conga is a 3 - bad but not the worst.

Semat

Semat is a girl who is known for her kindness and gorgeousness. Semat never give up, she has the ability to achieve anything seemed to be impossible. She is very warm, caring and friendly and that makes her a great sister and she will be an amazing wife and mom. Semat is a very philosophical person, she always uses her genius brain to think about everything around her so if you want to have a discussion with her you must prepare your arguments before facing her great mind.
Semat is a beautiful girl, Disney Princesses are actually Jealous of her gorgeous face, smooth black hair and of how her amazing body looks better than the model's bodies.
Everyone loves Semat and all of the men that know her are dying to just have a small talk with her.

Semat is a great Mountain that can't be shaken.
If know Semat you have to be grateful for what have in your life. she is just the perfect
